LuiVerse provides private automation tools and integrations that interact with third-party services, including Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Apps Script. These tools are designed for personal productivity and project management.

3. Authorization & Access

Use of the Platform requires authorization through Google OAuth 2.0. By granting access, you authorize the Platform to interact with your Google account data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account Permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Platform to store or transmit malicious content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Redistribute or sublicense access to the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and content associated with the Platform are the property of LuiVerse. Your data remains yours — the Platform claims no ownership over any content in your Google account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuiVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
